The TCON board or the LCD panel is Faulty. Can confirm by replacing the TCON board .

This sounds like the inverter board has gone out. The inverter board is in charge of turning on and off the back light. If this goes out the TV is still able to fully function meaning you will still get power indicator to turn on, but since the back light is off you cannot see anything on the screen. You will need to replace this part so your TV can be fully functional again. Hello, normally this buzzing sound comes from the power supply, before you go out and replace the power supply for this noise try to lower the backlight, this might make a difference in the noise but also be very aware that your TV might be a little darker than before.
