I had the same problem. The cause was the connector between the body of the car and the doors, it needed only some contacts cleaning, it did not had to be replaced. Hope it helped.
You might also consider a power supply. Sometimes they don't die completely, you'll still get a little power from them, but they still need replaced. The motherboard would be the next option, then finally the CPU. CPU's rarely go out before the power supply and motherboard.
