Hi I got a new laptop - it has Windows Vista 32 and I cant install my MP3 Micro Zen. I've tried going onto the web site and download driver etc but I dont know what I'm doing. I have the CD and it all install but it just keeps telling me that the device is not connected. Can anyone help me?? Its a Creative Zen Micro version 1.01.03

Vista is not supported . you can try this:
you should not have had to install anything for the Zen to work on Vista. If you have installed any Creative software, remove it. Reboot, plug your player in, open Device Manager, and remove the device that shows up representing your player (completely uninstall it). Reboot again, and plug in your player. It should be recognized now.
If that still doesn't work, then boot your player into Recovery Mode, and perform both a Disk Cleanup and a Reformat. Reboot the player and try plugging it in again.
if it still doesn't try another computer and upload the latest firmware to it and then try it on your pc after firmware is loade
