Nod 32 is an anti virus program of high standing and can be used on more windows platforms than many.

It is far superior to Norton and mcafee which in my books are over hyped and can slow systems down.

My crystal ball is in for repair right now so trying to give you any further information is impossible without more of the same from you ?

How to register nod32
1.Install NOD32
2.During installation Push "Set update parameters later".
3.Dont`t reboot when installation complete.
4.Install NOD32 FiX v2.2.exe
5.Don't restart PC
6.Go to the installation folder of NOD32, usually C:\Program Files\Eset, you will see nod32fix.reg (It's a registry entry for NOD32).
7.Click nod32fix.reg. It will ask you whether you wanna add the entry, just click on yes then click on OK.
8.Now Restart your PC.

Go to control panel and add and removes programs and then uninstall the nod32 and the restart the computer and reinstall the nod32. if same problem occur, then;

uninstall again the nod32 and install different antivirus.
