They do come with a lifetime warranty, so if you have the model number, you can call their Customer Service line at 800-545-5230 for replacement parts.
Unless u can contact the company - ur best bet is to get a new faucet! My husband is a plumber and he says u should be able to contact the company. Check thru the booklet that came with the faucet or try to find info online. It doesn't sound worth fixing!
I had the same problem as valdemar23. I used the number posted to call the company. I dont have the model number so I emailed them pictures. They replied immediately and will be shipping my replacement parts. Hopefully all will go well from this point. I'm satisfied with their service so far!
I don't see any indication that LDR makes the Tuscany sinks and faucets sold by Menards. ???
Tuscany Faucets are made by several different companies so I would call the number listed in your manual.
LDR is the company that made the two I had. The first one corroded on the outside and inside after 6 months. The replacement one they sent me leaked on the hot side after 6 months. They sent me replacement valves but when I went to replace it, I noticed this one was also corroding. Through it all in the garbage and bought a Kohler. Quality control is something this company doesnt have, you can make **** in China successfully if you manage it correctly. You notice that Menards unlike other sites doesnt let you review the products, I wonder why.
Tuscany faucets are worst faucets ever made the replacement parts don't even fit or work. I would rather use a rubber hose with a knot in it then use that faucet again.
