Blurry Webcam My web cam has become randomly blurry for some reason. I have had it for about half a year and it worked fine but now it has become really blurry when I talk to my friends on MSN they say they can't even see me. I tried cleaning it and play with settings but nothing worked is there anything you suggest i should do to fix this.

    my webcam is blurry. my friends can hardly see me when i'm on msn. it is just 2 months old and wasnt like this before. for some reason it just went blurry. i tried on several occasions to reset it and still it is a problem.

    My webcam is really blurry. It was working fine yesterday. Today when I plug it in, I can't even see myself. I tried cleaning it, but that didn't help.

Okay this is what u all do XD

u kno the white part around the camera, like by the lens...
turn that counterclockwise, at first it wont move.. but eventually it will u just gotta try

All you have to do is turn the knob on the front of the web cam. That adjusts the zoom lens.

    Hi can you tell me how to zoom out. I turned the lens and its in good focus but its zoomed in too much. If I turn the lens the other way it zooms out but makes everything really blurry. I have the usb 6 led web camera

How does it look to you on your computer?

If the image appears clearly in the camera software, most likely your Internet connection may be responsible for the poor image quality in your video program

Blurry picture
There is a focus ring around the lens of the WEB cam turn this ring until your image becomes clear, just like a camera focus knob.
Click on the WEB cam software, you will be able to go into an options or configuration, click on video setting, you should see an image of yourself, adjust the focus until the image is clear.

Web cam blurry
There are basically 2 adjustment can be made to focus your webcam, 1st is by the webcam software, try to search from the software any feature that can focus your webcam. The 2nd is the mechanical adjustment on the webcam itself, try to rotate the focus ring (webcam's eye) and see how the picture improvement.
