N95 flash light staying on all the time

I was taking some pictures in low light, when I finished using the camera, the light stays on. I tried removing the battery and the light goes off. As soon I put the battery back in the light comes on again. This cant be doing any good to an already bad battery life.
Can anyone help?

I have the same problem, any idea how fix it??

N95 was slightly damp from rain on my pocket and when taking the phone out, noticed that the light was on. Removing the battery is the only way to stop it but it comes back on as soon as the battery is replaced.

Some water got into the phone which acts as an electricity conductor that is probably connecting the flash light switch together.
let it dry out for a few days and the problem will be gone, its hard to dry out the water from inside.
try to dry it using a blow dryer..always while the phone is off or you might move the water some place else.
use to happen with my keyboard when i spill water in side it. every keystroke writes 2 or 3 letters at a time.

How do i get the flash off

Most cameras, when set to automatic, will pop up the flash, when the lights are to low. As soon as you switch to a manual setting, with Aperture or shutter priority, the flash should stay where you put it. Down and if should not give any light. So check your settings and don't use Automatic or P(program)

Canon XSI showing "busy" when taking multiple shots

It can be that your batteries are low and takes longer to charge the flash... It can also be that your memory card is a slow on. If the red processing light on the back of the camera is staying on a long time, it means the camera is having trouble feeding the picture to the card... You might try decreasing the picture quality a little...

Camera turns off when shutter button is pressed.

[source]Question about Samsung Digimax S500 Digital Camera[/source]
Try replacing batteries (high Ah photographic type).
The lens motor & electronics may be draining power if Ah capacity has dropped too low. At night, it could be that your flash is trying to fire (another drain), or shutter timer / mirror staying open longer.

Flash pops up, but flash closed warning stays

My E5700 did this a couple of times. The fix for my flash was that the unit wasn't actually popping all the way open. I closed it, then manually poppped open the flash and gave it a gentle upward tug. The flash seemed to lock into position -- and has worked fine since. I hope your fix is as simple as with my E5700.

I hope this helps!

Nikon D80 takes picture but wont set off flash

This could be a faulty unit.  Take it back to where you bought it and hopefully you are still under you warranty.

Canon eos 300d - image to dark

Try lithium batteries or rechargables in the 2500mah range,to me they seem to work best in a flash.
If you use alkalines, use a well known brand. But with alkalines,as they loose power it takes longer for the flash to recycle.
Also the monitor might need to be calibrated or adjusting brightness and contrast.
Mine sometimes does the same thing,I just use Photoshop to adjust it.

Petax ist DL Focus

It could be that your lighting situation inside is darker than in the store. Since the Pentax *st DL does not have an anti-shake sensor like other new cameras, it could be telling you that the low level light will not support the aperture setting you have to acuratley stay focused.
Try using a tripod and a lower aperture setting.
