I was taking some pictures in low light, when I finished using the camera, the light stays on. I tried removing the battery and the light goes off. As soon I put the battery back in the light comes on again. This cant be doing any good to an already bad battery life.
Can anyone help?
Some water got into the phone which acts as an electricity conductor that is probably connecting the flash light switch together.
let it dry out for a few days and the problem will be gone, its hard to dry out the water from inside.
try to dry it using a blow dryer..always while the phone is off or you might move the water some place else.
use to happen with my keyboard when i spill water in side it. every keystroke writes 2 or 3 letters at a time.
Does it have a waranty. contact your seller and try to negotiate. sorry for bad english..^.^

I have the same problem, any idea how fix it??
N95 was slightly damp from rain on my pocket and when taking the phone out, noticed that the light was on. Removing the battery is the only way to stop it but it comes back on as soon as the battery is replaced.
My phone got damp and the same thing happened to me.
Exactly the same problem.
Firmware version:
v 12.0.013

Have the same problem, one morning I woke up and the Flash light wouldn't turn off unless i removed the battery...
Does someone know a solution, because i bought the N95 to use as a phone, not as a flash light!
