Inputs randomly stop registering, screen goes blank

Our mitusbishi will work fine and then randomly there will be a speaker pop and it will stop recognizing inputs. To fix it we have to turn it off and then turn it back on. It will happen anywhere from every 30 seconds to once an hour. I pushed menu and device and the error code it blined was 1-2

Code 12 indicates no error. Push the Menu and Device buttons after the TV has shut off to get the proper code, not after you unplug and plug it back.

It seems your set is not Mitsubishi WS-55819 so it will help if you can give the exact model.

Try the following one at time if the problem still exist:

Press and hold the SYSTEM RESET button for 10 seconds.

Press and hold POWER and MENU buttons simultaneously for 20 seconds.

Unplug the TV for at least an hour. The longer it is unplugged, the better.

Fone screen goes blank

Hi, the phone is a flex phone. The flex connect the board of the phone to the screen board which enables the screen to display is faulty, either it's shifted that while it comes on and off, or it is getting bad more.

You will need to unscrew the phone, adjust thee flex and from there you will know if it is to be replaced or not.

I would advice, if you do not know about loosing a phone, you have to take it a repair store around you, in other to prevent further damage to the phone.

Take care.

TV screen goes blank but power stays on

Sounds like the CRTs are going into protective blanking due to the vertical output ic needing to be resolderd. Try resoldering the vertical IC that may possibly fix the issue.
