My washer will start filling up with water then stop .The green lights start blinking all around the knob.then i have start it again
This is similar to a problem I had after my power suddenly went out while the washer was filling with water. When the power resumed the washer would no longer run water... all other systems (agitate, drain, spin) worked fine.
A 10 minute, $113 dollar service call revealed that there was a fuse inside the front upper left area that had blown. Remove the 2 screws at the bottom of the front panel to get access to the inside.
Check it out and replace it if necessary.

Thank you for trying to help me out. My problem also started when the power went out while the tub was filling. I don’t find a fuse but I also don’t think that is the problem. The tub wants to fill, but the agitator runs when it shouldn’t. Now instead of turning the machine of and filling with a hose I unplug the motor wire from the “run relay” until the tub is full. By looking at the schematic I think that my problem is either the pressure switch (but the water turns off when full), the run relay (but the relay is not constantly on) or the motor interrupter which I am not sure what it is but I think it might be in the timer itself, also the timer does not shut off between cycles causing the machine to never shut off by itself.
Thank you again, Flyponder
I found the problem to be the run relay switch was stuck in the on position. Thank everybody for trying to help.

flyponder, Would you please let me know how you verified that the relay was stuck?
Thanks.
Hey I have a Maytag PAV2300AWW and the first problem was the unit overflowed. So I tried blowing in the hose in the top panel and nothing.. Then, it started working again ( the water would turn off when it was supposed to) but you have to change the cycles manually and the machine will not agitate???
