If the new harness is an oem match then you can just go to autozone or where ever, and get a haynes manual. It has the wiring diagrams with color codes in the last section. Good luck.
look at the specifications of the old power supply in the manual or on a sticker on the back of the unit. It should give a DC voltage and an amp value. Get any power supply that has the same DC voltage and same or slightly higher amp rating.
I can see either, but I'm old. Don't do this to your NV monocular, it has auto shut-off or dems the gains on the image intensifier tube. Continuing to use NV devises in bright light condition will destroy the image tube. Sorry, I don't know what type of NV monocular devise you have or who manufacture it!
