Bluetooth radio is not "Enabled" in Device Manager. Turn it on.
Make sure is is detectable and Paired with the other device.

You will probably have to look on the net for a driver that is compatible with windows 7 for your bluetooth device. If you cant find one designed for windows 7 you could try a driver made for vista as many vista drivers work for windows 7 devices as well

If that's an Inbuilt Bluetooth, Software is not needed until and unless you have deleted that software.

USB bluetooth or Bluetooth Dongle is required when you do not have bluetooth option in your notebook.

It's not working means - You have lost this feature . You need to purchase a Bluetooth device and you would get a CD alongwith it for software.

Kindly make sure with the tech - Is that the software has been lost or Bluetooth Hardware is at FAULT.

you need to put whatever device you are trying to join to it in discovery mode and then scan for it from your pc.

Press Fn+F5 then push "Turn On. Now your bluetooth device is turned on, connected and working. :P

The 4720Z does NOT come with a Bluetooth module, it does come with internal Bluetooth support, which is why there is a button and an LED with the Bluetooth logo.

To enable it, you must first install the internal Bluetooth module, which you can get from eBay:

maybe its because of bluetooth recieving list saturation. so delete all previously detected bluetooth devices

have you tried activating your celfones bluetooth? if so, try to turn the bluetooth so that it can communicate with your headset. if it still wont work, it may be your bluetooth headset.
