HI, I RECENTLY PURCHASED A JVC GZ-MG275. I HAVE USED THE POWER CINEMA CREAT DVD'S. JUST RECENTLY WHEN I BROWSE THE BACKUP FILE TO VIEW A VIDEO THE MOVIE APPEARS WITH GREEN LINES THROUGH IT. PLEASE HELP
I also get the green lines. It looks to me as if the 16:9 wide screen movie playback but the video clip is 4:3 size and repeats itself to fill the 16:9 movie screen. Tried un-install reinstall time and time again removed other programs as directed by Cyberlink but as yet I still have no answer.
(note when you create a DVD the picture is ok when you put the disk in the DVD player on the TV.)I also get the green lines. Have you tried Nero? I want you to use the Power Cinema NE(Editor) its include in this package. Open the video file in the editor(Copy/Edit) Advance feature, you can do some editing if you wish and Produce. It will ask you what format will be the outcome(DVD Mpeg2). Once finished, this file is ready for burning. Burn it in Nero or Roxio as Data file since its already a DVD file. Hope it helps
Problem solved. I was thinking I could delete from the PowerCinema NE for Everio software program that comes with the camera but that is not the case, so it was just a matter of finding where all the video files were stored on the computer itself, ie, "myworks, Everio backup", and delete from there.
Use Cyberlink' s DVD solution software provided inside u'r shipment , Its only compatible with cyberlink, the format is MOI non recognized by most Video players except cyberlink power cinema NE, power director and DVD solutions
