Happy New Year! My Verizon phone, for a reason, I blame my fingers for push the wrong "keypad"! Now, when I put my password in, it's all spanish from there! I speak very little, "but" I would like to go back to "ENGLISH"!

To reset the netgear have a jumbo paper clip and at the back near the antenna there is a hole put the paper clip in that little hole and push till the unit turn off and the is reset to factory setting. The new user ID will admin and a password is admin or password on a lower case. I hope this information will help you solve the problem. Have a Happy New Year

I've experienced this problem also and i completely HATE it. The real reason is that the phone is frozen and the screen is very damaged but it's not your fault completely. These phones are'nt any good. For time being to use your Samsung Behold t919 for now put your finger or thumb over the sensors (black holes , or black circles) and hold it untill keypad or screen is working. You may have to feel around the top by the Tmobile logo to find the spot .
dial *228 and push 1 wait till it resets and the new password will be 0000 or the last 4 numbers of your phone number (this also works on most verizon phones)

The only way to reset your phone is if you have not changed the original security code but if its just the unlock code you can do this go to you tube type in “forgot cell phone password” and watch the video it really works when you go in your phone it asks you for the unlock code which you don't know so push - on your phone which it will ask for the security code then you push as many 000000 that you can then hit ok and it should open your phone then change the pass code but it's going to ask for the old code which you push - and 000000 hit ok and put in a new password and it should work but only if you did not change the original security code. Good Luck!!! Just unlock my phone today that's how I know it works!!!!:)
