Go to Admin mode, then network, TCP/IP, then enter the IP address, subnet and gateway. SET FOR STATIC IP not DHCP!!!!!!!

We had the same issue when we moved two years ago. We cleared the settings (write them down first) shut the machines down, bother printer and server. Then reentered the settings, saved by shutting them off again, then restarted the server first, then the printer. That seemed to do the trick. Good Luck

u must be in administrator settings, pwd 12345678 then you'll have the network settings. if not, a technician msut pass to downlaod a new firmware/ use the "s-tool" tool to erase smoe abd informations on your network card.

Utility / Administrator settings (pass:12345678) / Network settings / TCP/IP settings. Select auto IP, or enter it manually. You can check IP address by printing Configuration Page: Utility / User Settings / Printer setting / Print Report / Configuration Page. Press start.

some wireless routers do not allow printing or file sharing check your router specs and settings. also if the wireless router has encryption turned on the bizhub will not print thru the router because the bizhub cannot be set to use a ssid and key code to access the router

1st try restarting the Bizhub. Use the switch located behind the front panel, not the switch to the right of the operation panel.

If that is unsuccessful, try setting the Bizhub to DHCP (use the administrator mode under utility/counter at the machine), then back to a fixed IP.

Call Konica support and they can guide you through the process. Depends to some extent on your network connection, i.e. ethernet or usb.
Using the keypad on the printer, you will have to establish an ip address on the printer so the computer can find it and the printer can find the computer. There are several ways to set it up, however.
This is also outlined in the cd-rom users guide.
But once you have your network connected and the computer network is set up for print and file sharing, get a Bizhub support tech on the line and he'll walk you through it in 5 minutes.

Set the Gateway TX to "Allow"

1. Press the Utility/Counter button.
2. Touch Admin Management
3. Enter Password (The default password is 12345678)
4. Touch Admin2
5. Touch Network Settings
6. Touch Network Settings1
7. Touch Scanner Settings
8. Touch Gateway TX
9. Set Gateway TX to Allow

with scan to Email on this machine you need a mail server that is local with ftp scanning you need IIS running on either XP Pro or server OS SMB Scanning can be done but only if you are using an eithernet connection which one of these do you want do to do
