Is this in the logo for the bios or is it in the operating system?
If it is in the bios, then you have to read your helps in *********** board manual. These can be downloaded on the Internet in pdf files.

If it is in the operating system...
Go to your operating system helps, and you can also find help for such on the Internet.
The various operating systems are not all the same. Most will have a small file or script you can edit.

New P5P43TD PRO. Will not bootup. No diplay at

Hi shipale,

There could be many things that could stop the board from turning on, Determining if it works is like detective work. What I do, is take everything off the board to start. Then add the minimum to start a board to see if it will start. That's one drive (cd or otherwise) the CPU, and one bank of memory. (that's not a required eliminate, but it helps avoid beep codes) Also, make sure you have your pin's set on the board absolutely correct, or that could be your problem to begin with. Now, you should get the power supply on, and the cpu. If those don't power up, it's then either one of the five elements. The CPU, Power supply, Ram, Drive, or the motherboard. The next step is to replace each one of the first four to see if you get any change. If no change, then I usually get another board that I can test the first four, and make sure that they work. After that, then I say you have a DOA Board

Good Luck

I keep getting BSOD when I want to shut my PC down, and I also get a lot of BSOD all the time. Can anyone help me please??

Backup all your files to an external disk-drive, or to writable DVD-recordable disks. Reinstall Windows, and restore your files from your backup.

I did BIOS flash update on my ASUS P5WD2 Premium motherboard. The reason was to fix boot message: “CPU load error. Press f1 to continue” I have two questions: 1) immediately after...

Install the BIOS Flash update, one by one. Like for example 1.0, 2.0 or 3.0.
And if still the problem consist. I think its not your BIOS problem.
Clear the BIOS by disable the JUMPER Setting.
And one last thing change the LITHIUM BATTERY(CR2032) a new one.

If you got the problem again, put a comment so that we can easy understand what is the problem with your MB.

If i am helpful, please rate me.
Thank you very much.

Motherboard Problem

Hi it sounds like an operating system crash to me, before going out spending anything try entering the BIOS by hitting "delete" when logo comes up then change "boot secwence" to boot from CD first then HD second.
Next insert XP disc press F10 to save changes and exit......it will then boot from cd and you can try to repair operating system an still keep all your files.

hope this helps

you can also perform a full format in the same way :-)
