Easy! there are many ways you could tansfer files from one computer to another.

• The easiest way would be via usb of the desktop to your new Lenovos usb.

• Use a flashdisk, by copying the files from desktop to your usb connected flashdisk and connect the flashdisk to Lenovo's usb.

• Try to copy/burn the files from desktop and download the copied files to your Lenovo.

For this you have to back up your file and they it can work or you can restore the computer that day when it was good . Just cilcke on Strat then click on programmes and accress and system tools and and at last clike on system restore ...

try to download the avg8 from here and install it. then if you want to uninstall run uninstaller from controlpanel for avg8.

the avg8 should be able to remove avg7

This happens when the language files stored in your Jensen's memory get damaged. The Sat Nav system will look for new language files on your USB memory, and return the error.


Often the problem happens because you formatted the disk.


I suggest to start trying to set language to English.

In theory you are supposed to restore the flash image from original CD or computer backup.



A first attempt to fix the problem can be done resetting the Sat Nav. Just take out the battery for ten seconds.


If you have the original CD, files to be restored are in the IGO folder, and must be copied into the flash disk.


Files to be copied are

• igolaunch.exe
• IGOPATH.TXT
• SettingsBackup.ini
• TAHOMA.TTF
• TAHOMABD.TTF

If that does not work, contact Jensen/Audiovox clicking here, they will enable a download of the language files to replace the damaged ones.

you need to uninstall the game and reinstall and make sure your disk is clean i have had this myself

if it occurs after imported, it's because ctx'preferences was not imported. Try to get preferences from source (by reverse engeneriing or see with ctx_report.create_index_script package).
