The language files needed for the unit to function (in maps, menus etc) are most likely deleted, missing or corrupted.
contact jensen or take it to a dealer to get it fixed.

Try contacting jensen support they may be able to supply you with files and instructions on how to fix it, if not im sure they will direct you to a dealer / service center.
