handles prime issues directly for the unit. I would recommend contacting an individual in person that can assist you with the prime issues. This is a very sensitive issues which is best handled by having the problem fixed in person and not via email, chat, phone. (Lots of Danger factors)
The stove quit three times with an ee2 message. The stove is trying to save you from flooding. You may have a fuel problem that is causing the ee2 problem. After three time the stove locks out and won't let you try again. Find out whats up with the fuel. Unplug the heater for 20 minutes and you will be able to try again. Also make sure the igniter is getting hot. Two red wires going into the burner should get hot.
You might of got type 2 fuel oil. If it is a smaller tank sometimes the fueler doesn't clear the line before filling and you'll slug down some type2 which will snuff the flame. Check to see if the filler kinked a line outside while filling. Just an Idea...
The EE22 message means the stove quit with an EE2 three time in a row. In order to clear the EE22 you must unplug the unit for 20 minutes. Then you can try again. It sounds like you have the fuel problem figured out?
On a toyostove EE13 is the burner thermistor. On the Toyo you may have to have the dealer help you, as it could be something easy like a very cold day or more complicated as a main circuit board. Sorry but, that's the only solution.
EE13 on a Monitor is one thing. The same code on a Toyostove is completely different. A Monitor EE13 means there was no flame at ignition. On a toyostove EE13 is the burner thermistor.
On the Monitor I would check my fuel tank. On the Toyo you may have to have the dealer help you, as it could be something easy like a very cold day or more complicated as a main circuit board.
How long has it been since you last had it cleaned. There may be soot build up in it, including the burner pot keeping it from igniting. When was it last working properly?
EE22 is a lockout code.
Unplug unit for 30 min.
You need to findout why you still get EE2 or EE6
Check fuel and filter
Still have problems call me I'm in North Pole

My business is Laser Heating Service in the North Pole/Fairbanks areas of Alaska. An EE2 error code is usually fuel related. What does your Toyo do before the EE2 code shows up? If you let me know the sequence of events, I can trouble shoot the problem for you. toyotech
What Does EE2 Mean? Laser 30, 56, and 73 model Laser heaters cease operation and display the EE2 code on the control panel (instead of the clock or temperature settings) when the primary flame rod on the heater fails to sense a flame during the first 5 minutes of the Ignition and Pre- Heat cycle. On the Laser 55 and 72 the heater will stop and the red Reset lamp will light rather than the EE2 code. (Note: There may be other reasons for the reset lamp to come on but much of this information will apply.) What Can Cause An EE2 Error? The primary flame rod is the only sensor in the heater that can cause the EE2 error. Thus, if it occurs, either there is (1) no flame to detect, or (2) the sensor failed to detect the flame. The flame rod is located on the lower 1/3 of the burner. It is a heavy wire with a ceramic insulator. A single white insulated wire connects this device to the main circuit board.
