Bizhub C350 gives error code C-OF36 while making duplex copies . M achine will produce half a dozen copies, then return the error code.

This is a hard disk error. Time to have a tech come out and replace it.

If you have the duplexer installed and can use it in the copy mode fine then you probably don't have it installed under you printer setup screen. Just go to printers&faxes in Windows. Double click on the C350. Then click on properties, then upper left should be a configure or advanced tab which lists all the installed options. Make sure that duplex unit is installed and not disabled.

You post a wrong printer nr, you must have bizhub C350 not bizhub 350, beacause 350 doesnt have that kind of code.
In Bizhub C350 that code means:
C12C0: Hard disk recognition error
You have the following options:
- reinstall the hard disk
- change hard disk
or as a last chance change PWB-MFP
