Use Hydraulic Cement, rather than regular concrete. Regular concrete mix, sand mix, etc doesn't bond well to existing concrete. As soon as you put some torque on it, the bond breaks. When you dig or chip out the area to be replaced, make it larger at the back than the front. When you fill it with hydraulic cement, the slight expansion of the hydraulic cement will force a tight bond. The brand that I used for years is Rockite by Hartline Products, but there are probably ten others. Most people don't realize that when normal Portland cement cures, it shrinks slightly, which is one of the reasons it doesn't bond well to other concrete... it pulls away. If you look at where railings have been drilled into existing concrete steps, you'll see smooth gray material has been poured in. That is usually hydraulic cement. For a sideways application, you will need to make a form to hold the cement it... it is very liquid when you pour it. I would advise putting your bracket and supports in first, and pouring them in place. Put nuts and washers on the bolts, so the cement has something to grab. Be aware, you have to work fast. From mixing to initial cure is only a minute or two.
From 2006 to 2010, the Sonata's 3rd brake lamp requires the rear package deck be removed to access that bulb. 1. Remove the rear passenger seat bottom (remove two12mm bolts between the seat back and the seat bottom - tilt the seat back forward to locate these bolts). a. Press the two bottom front edge tabs to release the front of the seat bottom from the floor. b. Remove seat bottom & set aside w/two 12mm bolts c. Tilt both seat backs downward 2. Remove the left & right hand shoulder cushions (12 mm bolt at the bottom of each cushion) a. Remove seat belt from shoulder cushion guide at the top of the cushion b. Lift up and forward on shoulder cushions to remove them (if equipped with side airbags, disconnect wire harness connector). c. Set shoulder cushions aside w/two 12mm bolts 3. Using a small flathead screwdriver, pop out the 'SRS' button cover from the C pillar panels on the left & right hand side to access either the phillips head screws, 10mm bolts, or #30 Torque Screws a. Remove screws and set aside b. Using a standard flathead screwdriver, pop out the C pillar panels on both sides (clips hold these panels in place) c. Set these panels aside after removal w/screws/bolts 4. Trunk Access-way panels are held in place by phillips head screws (two at the bottom (left and right hand sides) and 4 to 5 at the top . a. Remove left and right hand panels and set aside w/screws. 5. Rear package deck held in place with two plastic clips (white, yellow or pink) a. lie on your back inside the trunk (trunk lid open to allow for more light). Looking through access hole find 3rd brake light wire harness connector & disconnect. b. locate package deck clips, one on the left and another on the right on the underside of the pckage deck c. Squeeze clips to push them out - package deck will come loose d. Remove package deck & remove 3rd brake lamp bulb socket (turn counter clockwise to remove). Replace bulb & reassemble in reverse order.
Ok after three hours I figured it out. Once you have the hook in the position and all that is left is to apply pressure to press it in. Instead of using your hand like the directions and the instructional video shows. You have to put your foot in the back of the body and put your knee against where you hand is suppose to push and push using your knee with your foot in the back of the body as support. This whole body force snaps it in.
- Objective #1: Enter the Auntie Nature logging operation.
Time to take the fight to the loggers and clear cut them into oblivion! Eh, eh?
Anyway, run forward and kick their asses. Lisa has a nifty stun attack with her sax that leaves enemies paralyzed, which should be useful. Once the first few loggers are destroyed you can move on to the next area with even more loggers and the game's first Hand of Buddha port.
- Objective #2: Disable the log conveyor system.
Press Y at the port to activate it and use the Hand. Lift the sections of trees at the opposite corner of the area and place them on the stumps surrounded by a green glow. This will create a series of platforms that Bart can use to reach the lever near the gate and open it. If the loggers start to bother you make sure you take out the port-o-potty (aka enemy spawner) to prevent any more loggers from appearing.
In the next area you'll face more loggers and a steam pipe. Man, those loggers sure like to clog up their steam pipes...
Uh, take Bart and destroy the port-o-potty then switch back to Lisa. Use her Hand of Buddha to lift the cover off that steam pipe in the corner, creating one of those convenient updrafts for Bart to use. Get to the top of the conveyor belt and kick down the trampoline so that Lisa can also get to the top. From there you simply place Bart and Lisa on the red buttons at the end and voila: the path is clear.
Run ahead as Bart and clear out those loggers on the high branches before proceeding into the saw blade area. Before going too far into this place you should remember to steer clear of the one giant saw blade moving in and out of the middle section. Once it has moved you'll need to quickly get to the ladder at the other end and climb to the top of the platform. Shoot the red target on the left side of the machine to shut down the saw blades and clear the logs from the path ahead.
Onward, further into the belly of this nature-hating beast! Use Lisa and get to the Hand of Buddha port at the top of the grassy rock. You'll now have to lift the section of conveyor belt that's across the green sludge and use that to build a bridge over the sludge. Once the conveyor belt is placed you can run into the next area to find another Hand of Buddha and several loggers. Destroy the port-o-potty then use the Hand of Buddha to lift all of the radioactive containers onto the moving conveyor belt. That will destroy the log conveyor system and give you access to the next area.
- Objective #3: Open the floodgates.
Switch to Bart and use the zipline to cross the river. You may as well use Bart to clear out all the enemies and the enemy spawner on this side of the river, and once the coast is clear go ahead and pull the lever on the dock. This will release a flow of logs, crocodiles, and turtles from both sides of the river. If you get the reference then you, my friend, are old.
- Objective #4: Reconfigure the factory pipes.
Back to Lisa once again. Wait for the logs and creatures to populate the area then start hopping your way across. Use Lisa's shadow as a guide for your jumps and you'll get across without a problem.
With both characters on the other side of the river it's nearly time to end this heinous operation once and for all. Use Lisa to activate the nearby Hand of Buddha and lift the pipes on the right side. The one you want to move is the straight vertical pipe, and you'll want to place it on the steam vent farthest to the right. This will extend the steam updraft so that Bart can use it to get inside the gated area far to the right.
- Objective #5: Save Lenny and Carl.
Quickly pull the lever and rush Lisa in there to activate the Hand of Buddha. Use it to lift the branch and save the day! Now if they could only remember their heroes' names...
- Objective #6: Destroy the factory.
This is it! Switch to Bart and shoot the red target inside the machine to complete the episode.
i got stuck on this for ages.you have to use budda to remove the pins but also have to fight to get to the special budda poles.when you are on the second red level you have to jump and double jump to get across the gap to carry on playing the game then just use budda to complete the game
