I have a samsung UN40H5201AF tv with sound but no picture is there a repair kit for it?

That sounds like one of the boards. Have you checked voltages on power board? if all good then main board.

That tv is a rear projection tv. It uses 3 CRT tubes that are Blue, Red, and Green and converges the pictures on top of each other. The convergence chip needs to be replaced. Samsung Akai Projection TV Repair Kit for one or more of the following...

Did you get a new T-con board in the kit? Have you talked to Shopjimmy about your problem? They may replace the boards under warranty.

Replace the parts in that kit.Should be back to normal itself.Or have to go to the menu see the convergence make miner adjustment.
