Make sure you have it set to wireless off in the menu or it will not recognise the ethernet port on the back even if it is flashing. Most tvs with browsers come with the wirless function set to on. Also if it has search for internet signal you could try this to get it to rec. as well.

Yes,this tv u able to get to and acess and browse the net and used Google to all the sites on the net.Read ur instructional manual again.The tv should have a APP. that call Internet Explore browser.Used the APP. should take u straight to Google home hosting webpage.

Some TV's will no longer support the youtube app. Google your model of TV to see if it has been affected. Youtube may no longer be supporting smart hub and there could be one final smart hub update to fix stability issues before the support is discontinued. Some people have had success by deleting and reinstalling the youtube app or even unplugging the TV while the app is frozen and then plugging it back in and turning it on.
