If you forgot the password the only way to fix is by do it yourself a hard reset but after doing hard reset all files will lost and if you phone has a google account you need to log in it to used all features.

The PUK number I got from AT&T was from this phone was 48747607 it said on some phones you may have to use **05* before the 8-dgit PUK. I'm not sure if this is exclusive to my account or the phone. but you are welcome to try.

If your tring to give someone ringtones or music you just type in same code as the other person. its normally 9999, 1111, 0000, your regular unlock security code, or the last 4 digits of your number. If it's for something else I can't really help you. Sorry.

The default is the last 4 digits of your phone #, however, if at any time it is changed or you don't know it dial *228, select option 1. This will reset it back to the last 4 digits. Hope this helps : )

If you have forgot your password or just want to reset your phone follow these steps.
1. Remove your battery (and sim card if your phone has a sim card.)
2. Replace just your battery and power the phone back on.
