could be a bad pressure switch did it fill all the way is it a top loader or front loader any noise or nothing

hi there,
i would recommend checking the water level switch or lid switch and also the cable leading to it. that is what sends a signal to the machine control to stop filling with water.

sounds like motor if nothing stuck between tubs or in pump ,check these first if ok you have bad timer
