Post the amount of lights flashing and some could give you the meaning of the code.

With both the Jazzy and Quantum series of Pride Mobility power chairs, you can adjust or reset programming with a programmer. These are not usually purchased by end-users but your local dealer, vendor, or wheelchair repair center can probably help.

Turning it on and off will reset everything, but I am not sure what you mean by resetting???? The chair is configured for normal operation at the factory and cannot be changed by a layman, unless you buy a hand-held programmer for the particular controller your chair uses. Some/most technicians have these and can change the factory presets using it to reprogram the controller.
