I CAN'T GET MY SERGER TO FEED THE FABRICK THROUGH THE KNIFE AREA AND IT IS BUNCHING UP FABRIC AT THE END. I NEED HELP FAST AND CAN'T FIND MY MANUAL.
Your knives may be blunt and need sharpening or replacement.
Check also if the knives are aligned properly. Remove the material and turn the handwheel slowly. The knives should pass each over like a pair of scissors and there should not be any cap between the blades.
If everything seems to be okay and it still does noet cut tne material, replacement is the only option.

I just got a Simplicity Easy Lock 804 Serge from my Mom and it started feeding the material through then quit sewing with the thread but the material came through.
I see the diagram on the flip down cover, how to thread the needles but would like a manual to read about the Machines capabilities and what I'm doing wrong.
Is there some copy of it somewhere or do I look on EBay?
