Camera Changes Settings on its own

I have had my camera for 2-3  years now and it has the same problem of changing settings on its own.  Also it will stop recording movies at random intervals.  Since I think the warranty period is over I have not called Kodak.  I wonder if the camera has a reset button?  I've done the software reset to factory default in the menu screen but that did not help.

Can you make camera setting changes for raw in the Nikon D300 menu

To change to raw - push menu, then settings - image quality - select Raw - push ok. You're done. Raw ignores many of the other image settings, such as WB, Picture mode (Vivid, etc..); It does however pay attention to exposure compensation.

Every time i try tyo use a specific setting it changes

Hi!

Please remove the Battery from the Camera then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Next, reinsert the battery pack and turn ON the Camera.
You may also try resetting the Camera to the original factory settings by follow the steps given below:
Press Home button on the Camera to display home screen.
Select Settings with left/right arrow on the control button.
Next, select the Main Settings 1 then Initialize and OK.

Performing the above steps will reset the Camera to the original factory settings.

If the issue persists even after performing all the above steps then service will be required.

Cannot select "camera menu" from the Top Menu

If the camera is in Auto mode those items cannot be selected because the camera is already using factory default settings and they cannot be changed, If you press the Ok button and change to P mode then you will be able to access all of those menu settings and make any changes you wish to the camera settings.

Camera features canon 18-55 digital cmera EOS 350 D

It does different things depending on the camera settings and only works in the creative zone settings not the automatic settings.

In AV mode it changes the aperture
In Tv Mode it changes the shutter speed
In M mode it changes the shutter speed unless the AV button is pressed when it then changes the aperture

I have a powershot SD750 and I cannot get the color settings off of 'off'

To change the color settings, you must first change from "auto" to "manual". Turn camera on, press "function". Use the navigation dial to go to the right one step to "camera M". You can now scroll down to the "my colors" icon & make your changes.

Sony Cybershot DSC-P10 - Question from a newbie.

I'm not familiar with this particular model but I'm sure there wouldn't be a problem making changes to the settings while the camera is on. In fact, I'm not sure how you would accomplish a change or have the camera switch the setting unless the camera is on.

Will the settings be retained in the camera after turning off the power?

Yes. The camera holds current settings including any changes you have made while turning off the power. If you prefer the original settings you can use the RESET function to reset to the factory default settings.
