You will have to remove all the screws on back of TV Front Bottom panel first then you will have more screws that hold Top on in back and under front screen its not as bad as it sounds it just takes awhile to do while your in their clean your mirror and all 3 top lenses to Tubes.

How do i take the screen off for cleaning

Pull off the speaker grill. Remove the 4 or so screws along the bottom edge of the screen. The screen will do one of two things: Either it will lift about two inches and then it will pull straight off, or it will hinge out from the bottom about 8 - 10 inches and then it will lift off the hinge at the top.

Dust buildup behind the screen

Remove speaker girll. No screws to remove grill just pull off.At the bottom of the screen frame you will see 4 1/4 inch screws.Remove screws and lift screen straight up.Clean cob webs and clean off lenses.I do not reccomend cleaning the mylar mirror. It is very delicate and you will scratch it.You can use windex to clean lenses.Good luck.

RCA P52937 52 in. Rear Projection Television

remove the speaker grille. then there should be a few screws running along the bottom of the screen frame. after removing those screws slide the entire fram up to release the hooks that hold the screen frame to the cabinet. Be careful and unhook the wire clip from the front control panel once the screen frame is loose before you stretch the wires.
