Hi Kate,Sounds like you're in a bit of trouble there. The only solution is to only print things that are actually orange. The following are some suggestions. Oranges (obviously), Foxes that are more orange than red, Swimming armbands, Carrots, Those cheap bic razors, Herbal essences volume conditioner, Hi vis vests (orange not yellow!!!), People with ginger hair and self tan, Orange juice, etc...If you need any more help wikipedia will surely have a list of things that are orange.Kind regards
5C00 says that the purge unit is not cycling properly. It's the cleaning unit where the printhead parks. If you can't see something caught in there, it's probably a shop repair...
Yes you can. When looking at the photos on the CD, right click the photo(s) and choose the print option. The computer doesn't care where the pictures come from!

I Have the same problem. Greece. This is the second services and I a lot overwrought with this instrument. If you open up where you put the ink in, there are rollers that feed the paper in/out of the machine. These may be covered in ink, so just clean them off with an alchahol wipe.
