A UPS< so is not a computer, gotcha.
all UPS #1 failure cause is bad batteries.
endless. and often, even in 1 year old.
replace them, if still will not charge
the main board inside is bad.

UPS is an AC power side, Uninterruptable power system. for those reading.
    I guess you meant.

    Microtek Digital UPS XP 1400
battery is bad, or fuse blown.

right the XP, in the name missing?
SOld I India (we be USA,so… none here)
or sold in Africa? one listed in America's

has one battery inside if the external option not opted.
not a very good company them, no manuals on line, very very poor support
    https://www.microtekdirect.com/product-c...

my guess, call them ask for manual
or pull the battery out (cables to AC turned off) and UPS are dangerous. due to battery good, AC present all the time inside.
get the battery number off side of battery and replace it.
    or call them for service.
Working on any USP takes skills most people do not have,,read that 3 times.

Good day!

You have to do is:
Check the battery if it is leak.Use a voltmeter to test the output voltage of the battery. If your battery had a low supply voltage even you charge it for 3 hours and above.Replace the battery immediately.
