Hi My microtek is giving power at output but it can't charge my batteries as previously

UPS is an AC power side, Uninterruptable power system. for those reading.

my guess, call them ask for manual
or pull the battery out (cables to AC turned off) and UPS are dangerous. due to battery good, AC present all the time inside.
get the battery number off side of battery and replace it.
or call them for service.
