Check whether u have installed USB controllers & drivers.
If nothing happens then do this. go to Start--> Run and type "devmgmt.msc" without quotes and enter. Then device manager will open , now connect ur memory card and look for scan for hardware changes menu . click that and scan . now u will find if any new hardware components are fixed to your computer or not. Then your memory card will be detected.

How do I download the pictures from my Coleman C5WP?

ALTERNATE WAY TO TRANSFER PHOTOS TO COMPUTER
If your photos are stored on the memory card, then remove the memory card from the camera and insert it into an USB memory card reader. Connect this USB memory card reader and memory card into the USB port of your working computer. Your computer will see this as an USB Mass Storage Device or an external storage device; you can then open the folder on the memory card and copy the photos to your computer. Memory card reader is a handy device and is inexpensive. You can copy photos from other cameras and you can also download photos off your memory card to someone else's computer without the need of installing any programs.

You can recover deleted pictures with steps below

1. Do not save any new file to memory card.
2. Connect your card to computer. You should see memory card shown as a drive letter (like H:) in My Computer.
3. Download a picture recovery software, recommended one is asoftech photo recovery (simply because i was using it and it worked)
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Asoftech-Photo-Recovery/126127714100611?sk=info
4. Install and open the photo recovery program, select your memory drive, and click 'Start' button to start scanning process which will find your deleted photos.

Nikon Coolpix L22. The computer wire will not work. when i plug it in and put the camera on, it doesnt show anything about the pictures being uploaded. Nothing uploads, nothing happens. The USB cord is...

The camera will need to be plugged in and turned on for you to be able to transfer pictures from it.
Plugging the camera in will not make anything special happen on its own-- if you are using Windows (after the camera is plugged in, turned on, and with your memory card still in the camera), try opening "My Computer" and looking for the camera's icon within that window. The camera (and the photos on the memory card inside) will be shown just as any other CD or jump drive that you would plug into your computer. You can copy photos off of the camera by double clicking the camera's icon, (probably opening the DCIM folder) and dragging and dropping the image files onto some other location on your computer.

Infected SD Card? or Computer?

This can happen when the card is removed when Windows is still accessing it. Even when you think you are not doing something, Windows could be. I am 99% certain there is nothing malicious on your system and the cause was early ejection.

To prevent this from happening next time, before removing the SD card try using the "Safely Remove Hardware" tray icon to safely remove your device. TIP: Do not remove any storage device (i.e. SD Card, Flash drive, etc.) if the light is blinking.

Happy computing!
