Assuming you have a mini split and not a VRF system (although it is possible the error codes are the same),the h11 code typically indicates a communications problem between the indoor and outdoor units. This could be due to loose or broken wiring, a bad connection at either end or possibly a bad communications board in either the indoor or outdoor unit.

Whereas, the CW-X-C243HU is an air conditioner. So, which appliance are you inquiring about? And you didn't even say what the Error Code is.
