Hello you can tye following url. http://repair4laptop.org/disassembly_toshiba.html Try it.
SOURCE: battery replacement
The batteries are just 2 rechargeable Ni-Cd AA's, soldered together at one end to form a connection. I popped in two regular AA batteries, formed a connection between them, and it started spinning again!
To open up your shaver, remove the lotion cover and remove all 5 screws with a small flat head screwdriver. They have a star head, but also a flat notch. Since they shaver is water tight, the first time you open it up it will be difficult, but if you pry off with your screwdriver it should pop off.
Towards the head of the shaver the batteries are soldered to the circuit board. Pull the tail end of the batteries out of the plastic holder and cut them at the top end as close to the batteries as you can, or CAREFULLY bend it back and forth to snap the metal. Dispose of the batteries responsibly as you would any batteries.

The proper matched batteries must be used. They must be matched to the charging circuits. The batteries are using solder tabs to the circuit board. They are not user changeable. The batteries are solderd on to the circuit board.
Some industrial electronics suppliers can sell the batteries, or it would be best to order them from Philips. It would be best and safest for you to send the shavers to Philips service to have them change the batteries. The battery type depends on the model and series in the particular model. If the shaver is less than about 4 years old, many of the newer series batteries should be chargeable Lithium Oxide based.
I don't know your exact model, but most of their shavers use a security Torx tool to open them. The Torx screws are usualy hidden under rubber moldings, labels, or buttons that are glued on.
The security Torx tool looks like a 6 sided star with a security pin in the center. It is not compatible to the Allen standard key.

You can get new one from sony website. Alternatively you can go to a shop that deals in pc's and they will order one for you, or you can "shop around" online and try to find one cheaper; ebay is good place to search there will likely be new ones on offer at competitive price.
SOURCE: I have an Archos 5
Disassembling Archos will void device's manufacture warranty. You should not do it yourself. There is some parts are very fragile will cause a permanent damage to the device. I will not recommend for you to do it yourself.
