I've tried: Changing the properties to work on the windows I have, but my is not an option to pick to make the game compatible. (I have windows 10) Using the troubleshooting compatibility and when it ask what version did it work on before...again Windows 3.1 is not an option to pick, and let them know that is the one it worked on. I ever updated to the newest windows 10 to see if that could help in anyway. Despite all that every time I go to hit play a box comes up and.... says at the top: Unsupported 16-bit Application. And it tells me that it will not run because of: Incompatibility with 64-bit version of windows and I need to find one that is. What do I do?
Two possible methods suggested, but unsure if they will work for you.

You could try to run in compatibility mode by right clicking the program executable file and choosing properties, once that comes up look for a tab that says compatibility.
You may have to try different settings to get it to work. Win95 or 98 mode should. The display settings may help as well.

unfortunately no, windows 64 bit doesn't support 32 bit or 16 bit applications so you should call the support number or go online to return the unsupported edition for a 64 bit edition (if they have one). Hope this helps.
