Hello, the model for your RCA remote is needed to get the code list for your Sansui combo unit. If you are able to get the number hook up to their website www.rca.com and select the accessories window, follow instructions after that, you'll be able to download the list in pdf file.

You will need one that is designed for a TV/VCR combo. Go to this link they have universals that are for TV/VCR combos i am pretty sure they have one that will work. http://servicemanuals.vstore.ca/
The code for the TV is 0623 but to use the TV/VCR button to change mode from line to TV the code is one of the following 0179, 0451, 0463, 0624 or 0278. The 0623 only activates the menu but doesn´t let you change Air/Cable mode without first changing the Line/TV mode by pressing the TV/VCR or Line input button on your universalk remote with one of the other codes.
