If you are putting replacement tires and wheels for your car, my advice is keep it as close as possible to the oem specs. Your car will handle better and it will not add drivability problems or cause parts to wear out prematurely.

What causes my mongoose freestyle girls 20" hard to pedel?

Could have sticky or seized up crank bearings where the pedals are or the rear wheel bearings. Have you tried pedaling and spraying a lubricant where all the bearings are or remove and re-grease the bearings?

I insralled training wheels, but now the chain does not move, why?

I'd look for unwanted contact between the hardware attaching the training wheels rear wheel nuts and the chain, wheel, gear or tire.

I suspect a screw is a tad too long.

16" Girls Mongoose Pizazz Problem!!!

some bikes are like that. The rear wheel only spins with the pedals. Try pedaling backwards and see if the wheel goes back. If it does then that is normal.

Girls Huffy 16" bike - back wheel does not spin freely. It tightens up after a few spins.

Try the bearings. Try a different wheel and rim. If its not the wheel then the crank bearings( ones the pedals are on) could be bad or the chain could be not set right.
