Hi i'm using projector tv model:61TW610 thomson Scenium it wont turn on it stays on standby what could be the problem and how to fix or who can fix this problem here in south africa johannesburg

i have had the same problem.....
my problem was gone after that i cleaned the tv and removed all the dust and **** behind the tv.....

It sounds like you have no back light . This should be checked by an engineer. At the worse case the screen could be faulty

Your power supply board is dead, u know basic electronics’ and soldering? Most of the times, the power supply board just have dead leakages gases capacitors.These capacitors always bulges up on it top,or puff up on it top.Replaced these gases leakages capacitors will get your TV power stable,and work again.Or tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.
