* Okay I know the manual is useless as I have one of the 240V Mig welder. I wish I bought the 110 VAC stick welder. I know it's less power but it's way simpler to use and set up. More fun but really ugly welds. But I get the same result with the Mig but with more hassle.

check to see if there is a circuit breaker/reset button.
Also, check your electrical supply to see if the circuit breaker in the panel tripped.

You may not need to replace the board if the wire feed failed- most often it is an SCR or pair that has failed. Usually what is used is a 6 amp 600 volt SCR- you can go higher current and voltage for reliability. just make sure the heat sink is adequate or larger and heat transfer compound is used. Digi Key carries the "Teccor" SCR's other brands of the same or higher ratings will work.

I belive Home Depot and Sears carry that brand.And possiably Harbor Freight.

i own a 125en clarke, i bought tips from harbor freight....chicago electric, they fit, also they have tweco style guns, lincoln is interchangeable with them
