SOURCE: installer

It is difficult for me to completely understand your problem. What version of firmware are you running? Do you have multi-pages enabled with Summerboard? If not, new apps you install will push other apps (like installer.app) off your main page.

To fix this quickly, you will need to ssh into your phone to change the plist data and move installer.app to the front of your list. Then, install summerboard to get multi pages enabled.

If you don't know what ssh is, then you'll need to:
restore your phone completely to 1.1.3 using itunes
download ziphone from http://www.ziphone.org/
run ziphone -j

now you'll be fixed.

SOURCE: iPhone touch screen not working

I have the same exact problem. I dropped mine, and it landed half on concrete, half on a piece of foam board, and when I got to shut mine off, it will slide to power off, but will not slide to do anything else. Everything works perfectly fine, people calling me, texting me, nothing is broken or cracked, I can't even unlock mine, it's stuck and it's making me very upset! I want an answer as to what I can do and or can't do.

SOURCE: i have iphone 3g 8g , and sometimes when i run

When it go from an application to the home screen mean it crash the Application. This may be the cause of : "iPhone is out of memory (RAM), or the application itself have bug ) it's not actually because you install too much application. But if you reduce the number of application your iPhone sure will run faster. From now on if you play a game or open a application that usually crash try to restart your iPhone ( hold down both power and home button until you see a black screen with the Apple logo) . You'll see that game or application will run faster and crash less maybe not at all. Good luck and hope this help.

Delete a Game on Android
Android-based smartphones have the capability to access the Android Market, where you can download and install a large number of applications, including many games.
These games take up a bit of your device's memory when you install them, so when you decide to stop playing the game, you should always delete it from your device to free up space for more applications.
The Android Applications menu gives you all the tools you need to remove games from your device.

Tap the "Menu" button on your Android smartphone.
Tap "Settings" when it appears on the pop-up menu.
Flick your finger up the LCD screen to scroll down the Settings list.
Tap "Applications" when you locate it in the list, then tap "Manage Applications," which is just called Manage on some versions of the operating system.
Allow your device a few seconds to load all of your applications.

Flick your finger up the screen to scroll down the list of installed applications.
Tap the game that you want to delete.
Then tap the "Uninstall" button at the top of the game's information screen.
Tap "OK" to confirm your decision, and the device deletes the game.

Arrange Application icons on the iPhone or iPod touch

The iPhone and iPod touch have a lot in common: both come with pre-installed Applications, and you can add more Applications from the iTunes Store.
When you add an Application it appears in the last position on the Applications screen, starting a new page as the previous page fills up. Before long you find yourself flipping through several pages of Applications to find the one you want

I would try restoring your ipod using itunes. Below i have posted a step by step on the restore just in case you aren't familiar with it already. I hope this resolves your issue. CHHERS :)

Last Modified: February 16, 2009 Article: HT1414 Old Article: 305744 Using the Restore function for your iPhone or iPod
touch is part of standard troubleshooting
procedure. Restoring your device will erase all
data from your iPhone or iPod touch, including
songs, videos, contacts, photos, calendar
information, and any other data. All iPhone or
iPod touch settings are restored to their factory
condition.
Whenever you restore your iPhone or iPod touch,
Apple highly recommends that you perform a sync
prior to restoring in order to back up any changes
since your last sync. If you have movie rentals on
the device, see this document before restoring.
Use the following steps to restore your iPhone or
iPod touch:
Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes
installed and running before attempting to update. Connect your iPhone or iPod touch to your
computer. Select your iPhone or iPod touch when it appears
in iTunes under Devices. Select the Summary tab. Select the Restore option. When prompted to back up your iPhone or iPod
touch's settings before restoring, select the Back
Up option (as seen in the image below). If have
just backed up the device, it is not necessary to
create another.
Select the Restore option when iTunes prompts you
(As long as you've backed up your device, you
should not have to worry about restoring your
phone).
Once the restore process has completed the iPhone
or iPod touch restarts and displays the Apple logo
while starting up

Iphone touch-screen

Solution i tried on Unlocked 1.1.3 and 1.1.4 versions. Just follow the steps they have been explained really easy way. Dont think this is too hard. Just follow them it will work:

1) download WinSCP on your PC (google it) and run the application
2) download new general.plist file on laptop
3) download OpenSSH on your iphone (its not show on iphone but its there so dont worry)
4) connect the laptop and iphone through the same wireless network and both will have separate ipaddress.
5) write the ipaddress from the iphone (Settings>Wifi>network details to which you are connected to shows you the ipaddress)
6) Goto laptop on WinSCP type the ipaddress of the iphone in host name field and username:root and password: alpine and then hit Login.
7) it will open like an explorer view of your iphone files on laptop then click on root left side. Click Applications> preferences> replace the general.plist file with the one you downloaded. Done the major part.
8) unplug iphone click Settings> General>Touch and reduce the senstivity to 0. 0 gives you the highest touch sensitivity.
9) Now be happy it works....
