Pioneer RX-Z71 not S, Not L I tried to turn on the power, it doesn't work. Even I replaced the tubes 1.25 A 125 V, It still does not turn on.

There are two prospects here including a place that makes custom belts'. The RX-541 may fit.

There are a couple fuses on the secondary side of the transformer, have you checked those? If they're good then start trouble shooting the regulators. This isn't a high speed switching supply so repairing it should be quite simple. Here is a free download for a schematic, without that it's going to be harder to repair.

And try unplugging and move to another outlet

Check power outlet, fuses and power cable (possibly replace this).

try using a fault scanner to reset the program after the battery change.

It seems that it's no longer made so the only way you could get one is if someone by chance sells one on e-bay etc. As the RX-Z15 is a mini separate system, the turntable power is the issue. However you can buy an independently powered (mains) turntable of any type. On the back of the RX Z15 you should see two phono jack sockets. You can plug the phono jacks plugs from a new turntable into those. And listen to it.

check ur speaker wires, try disconnect all wires from back of unit and then try to turn on unit .
if it stays on whit no wires attached than u have short connection at speaker wires .
if doesn`t come on then try to fasten screws at back of the unit ,
may sound like BS but if amp board don`t have good ground connection it can go in protection mode happened to me on RX-V592

First try getting a boost. It could be just a low battery. The starter takes much more power than everything else together. If you have already tried that, or it doesn't help, try shorting out the starter with a screwdriver. If it works , your ignition switch could be faulty, or the neutral switch for the shiter.
