I have a Canon e57a Cam Corder that I baught new. Can it be reconditioned and new batteries purchased?

I don't find anything on a V500, but if you have an MV500i, you can view and download a manual for the US equivalent (ZR40) here.

You can buy an adaptor for the card (I assume you have a micro SD card and your camcorder takes a standard or mini SD card). Try a camera shop for adaptors. It will cost only a little bit more to buy the correct size card.

SOURCE: i purchased a used volvo with a reconditioned radio now the radio displays "input code" after changing the battery. how do i get a code for a reconditioned radio?

i think this is located in the user manual for the radio IF there is one, otherwise you can search for one on google
