Located on the left side of the scale, to the right of the
Modnet port, is a small button. This is the Reset Button. If
the scale stops responding, use the Reset Button to reset the
scale back to the Start a Run Screen.
To reset the scale, PRESS and hold the Reset Button for 2 to
3 seconds.

The is something called a duty cycle and if you exceed that rating then you have to wait for it to cool off to use it again.

you need to add a ean13 label type to your scale. this is something only a service tech. or hobart rep can do.

3H error means overheating...what you can do is supply new fans or clean the unit for dust and others. check for the exhaust fans if its still working. this will reslove your problem.
