Have lost satellite resecption . How do I receive satellite resecption?

Most Satellite receivers can be used with a UNIVERSAL Remote. You do not have use the one that came with the receiver. If you get an inexpensive Universal Remote control it comes with directions and a list of electronic devices that will work with that controller. You will have to inspect the Satellite receiver for the correct information regarding the make, model, and other details. Write them down on a pad and keep this information for setting up Remote.

It sounds like the dish may be mis-pointed since it's not recognizing all the satellites. The next step for this would be to send a technician out to get everything fixed.

switch your scart lead around i,e the one that gose to tv noe goes to sat box

I had the same problem with mine...I shut it down and left it off while giving it a full charge...

You need to buy a docking station
