On page 13 it identifies the E 08 error as overheating air (inlet or outlet). Chances are, it is the outlet that has gotten gunked up from lint or other material. Pull the vent tube off, vacuum out lint traps, clean the outlet tube, reset the machine. If the dryer is linked with other dryers on a multiple-link vent system, cleaning the vent lines may be necessary to avoid the problem.

SOURCE: wascomat front load washer m#WHWFO9810M started in the delicate cycle ok. At the 16 minute mark there was a large pop sound sounded electrical.The cycle stoped and error 1 appeared on the display.

could be the heating element, error one is mainly this though but a fault with the heating element can do the same
