That is an error saying you have a bad HV Inverter.

The lamp replacement requires complete removal of the oven external casing. The oven must be tested for radiation leakage after the repair. The replacement must be done by a trained technician. Disassembling procedure is illustrated on the service manual available here: Panasonic Service/repair manuals,schematics.

I pulled the top and sides (one piece) of the microwave. Near where the 110 volt line goes into the unit is a standard fuse ( 18 amp). I used an ohmeter on ther fuse and determined that it was not working and replaced it. Problem solved - unless it blows again.
