It appears this is an "off" brand I've never heard of. It may be helpful if you let me know what you're trying to do with the clock. Set it? There's usually a single button to select your time zone and then it;s just a wait overnight for the time to set.

SOURCE: radio controlled clock not working
Pretty simple: Press reset. Clock should reset within 10 minutes.
Manually set by pressing Set and holding for 5 seconds. The hands will turn. Release when they get to the correct time.
Mine quit working after a year and seems to be dead. The movement won't do anything now with a new battery.
