Turn on the speaker, hit the Bluetooth pairing button on the speaker, go to settings on your iphone, then click the Bluetooth menu on your iphone, turn on Bluetooth and then click on the speaker description as it pops up near the bottom of the menu. You should be connected if this is a Bluetooth speaker.

This depends on the speakers really. The UE Mini Boom speakers can. But your question doesn't give enough info, like what speakers you have, whether the phone is an android or apple or windows, and whether your computer has bluetooth capability.

It would be easy, to connect it to a PC with iTunes on it. But still to get it work, I think you have to give in your password for the Apple ID this iPad is connected to.

I managed to find the quick start guide provided by Philips for your speaker system.
It looks as if the speakers would NOT work with another receiver. At the end of each speaker connection is a proprietary connection that most likely only works with your specific Philips receiver.
