If it is a windows password you can download the passworkd changer and boot of the usb and change the password.
if it is the hard drive password you will have to replace the hard drive
If it is a cmos password you will have to take it in and have it fixed. no way to recover password.

It is possible to reset the BIOS Password. But you have a laptop so
please do not try to reset the password at home witout a good knowledge of laptop hardware. It is very risky. So Please visit your nearest Service centre of dell. they will reset the BIOS password.
