Double check the belt routing. Drop the deck so you can get a view of everything and make sure the actuation pulley is actually engaging when you put it in gear. You'll also want to check the rear of the mower for a bypass switch. They started including a switch, it's more like a wire that activates a small lever, that allows you to move by putting it into neutral bypassing the transmission. If you don't have that switch then it is most likely the belt not routing correctly or the transmission. If it was working before you changed the belt then most likely the problem is the belt not being routed correctly.

You can try shifting into manual 1 to get moving then once you get going shift the lever up into Drive. This should work, then drive it to a shop to have your ****** looked at.
