    have a diplomat gas oven and I believe there is a part missin gfor the grill as the gas flame seems to be roaving to much can anyone help???!!!???

    Hello,

    my 620 Diplomat will not turn the oven on...keep having to press the little buttons to get the "orange" bit to "glow" around the oven switch..may need a new fuse as the led timer keeps flashing all the time.

    Pls let me have copy of manual too !!!!

    A quick tip (to get you started) I worked out by trial and error!?!



    If you hold down together the first 2 buttons on the left hand side you can set the time with the plus and minus buttons

Have a look on ebay.

I found a manual which shows all the timer and beeping issues. Was delivered the next day.

Mine was for the DIPLOMAT SELECT SINGLE OVEN 620.

There are lots of manuals for other ovens there too.

I got a booklet from there. Perfect solution for my ovens problem timer.

Mine was a DIPLOMAT SELECT 620 single fan oven but that covers the double oven - the 920 multifunction oven as well.

MAIN PROBLEM WITH THESE OVENS IS THE TIMER AND RESET BUTTONS.

ALL THE SYMBOLS ARE IN THE BOOKLET TOO AND INSTALLATION ETC, CLEANING STUFF ETC ETC.

Hello -

Please double check for the model number. It will probably be on a small metal plaque on an edge of the oven door, along the outer edge of the oven opening, or in the oven interior. It could also be on the top of the oven and covered by cabinetry.

Undo the screws that hold the oven in and slide it out 6 inches. You may then find the metal plaque on the top of the oven. You may need the help of another person when you try to pull the oven out, so that the oven does not tilt forward and fall to the floor.

Once you know which model of Diplomat oven you have, you may be able to find and purchase decals with the proper knob markings for your oven so that you can affix the decals around your oven knobs. Or, you could use heat resistant paint and a small, pointed paint brush to paint the markings on your oven. With either option, I suggest you seal the markings with a heat resistant clear sealant so that cleaning / scrubbing will not erase the markings.

Diplomat elite double oven. No manual.how do I set the clock.
Hello -

Apparently, the Diplomat brand of ovens ended production in 2008.

Prior to the end of production, Diplomat was part of the MFI company, with the company's Hygena brand name combined with Diplomat.

I have not yet found a user manual for Diplomat Elite Double oven online.

However, I have found a Hygena Diplomat manual online (free) and the manual has instructions for the clock. The instructions MAY be the same for your oven (I hope.)
