SOURCE: blackberry wipe out

OK, you should do a hard reset. To do a hard reset you must take the battery out for 30 seconds and hold the power button down for that amount of time. After which, put the battery back in and let it reboot. That should get ya back to factory default and let it boot properly

Please do remember to perform a complete system backup before you proceed with the wipe. You never know when you will need to recover some of that data in the future.

1. From the Device Options menu, select Security Options.
2. Click General Settings.
3. Click the blackberry button, and then click Wipe Handheld.
4. If you wish to erase all third party applications, click the check box.

It keeps clicking on things without me pressing on them. Everytime I try to scroll it goes else where. Is this a virus or is there a problem with my sensor.

I would suggest you to wipe off your blackberry and reconfigure your email..
Important: wipe off will remove everything so backup your stuff before performing the step: Use Blackberry Desktop Manger to backup.
To wipe out your blackberry, please do the following steps: Go to Options - Security Options - General Settings- Press menu key (immediate left to track ball)-Select Wipe Handheld. You need to type "blackberry" to initiate wipe out process.

BlackBerry Pearl 8100: My Blackberry curve isn't receiving any SMS messag...

I'd suggest backing up your contacts and other info and then doing a wipe on the phone. To do a wipe to go to...

Options -> Security Options-> General Settings -> click the menu key and you will see the option for wipe.

If that doesn't work I'd do an OS update on the phone.

My blackberry 8100 can't open

If you are having problems with your Blackberry Pearl 8100, 8110, 8120 or 8130, you might want to wipe all of the data off of it and start fresh. You may want to try resetting the device first by removing the battery from the unit for about 5 seconds and reinserting it. If that doesn’t help things, proceed with these steps to erase all data on the device.
You may want to backup your data before trying these steps.
1. On the Home screen, select Options.
2. Select Security Options.
3. Click General Settings.
4. Press the Menu key.
5. Click Wipe Handheld.
6. Click Continue.
7. Type blackberry.
All the data on your BlackBerry Pearl will then be deleted.

If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
Thanks, Joe
